In module one, students are introduced to some basic economic concepts: the distinction between macroeconomics and microeconomics, economic models, opportunity cost, and comparative advantage. The module focuses on decision making, resource allocation, and how the market system works, in addition to providing an overview on how to use graphs

In Module Two, students will learn how countries measure their economic performance through the use of the gross domestic product (GDP). They will also explore the concepts of unemployment, what types of unemployment exist, and how it is measured. Finally, they will learn about inflation, what the costs of inflation are on the economy, and how the government can affect inflation by adjusting interest rates.
