Frances Beinecke article
1- Frances Beinecke article titled, “Resolved: A Cleaner Planet in 2010” address key areas which ought to have been practiced and become part of the community norms and practices. The society has a duty to protect and sustain its environment for survival. I support the Beinecke’s call for unity and harmony towards the fight against environmental issues in the society. All people must become part of the solution to win this fight. The society must invent and make use of green energy which will in turn reduce pressure on the declining fossil fuel that is imported from the Middle East. Green energy will prevent the environmental degradation and guarantee the future. A time has come that we all rise up and face the truth concern our environment.

3- In my opinion to Maintaining the integrity of the environment:
– To ensure the cleanliness of the place in which they live, whether home or city, because the basis of all progress hygiene and paper, and the address of civilization, and the manifestation of faith.
– Trying to grow around the spaces with flowers and other, decorating his house and around trees and plants, and children’s education to maintain trees, flowers and plants in public and private spaces, with awareness of the importance of planting in the garden or indoors; to taste the beauty and careful it.

4- I totally agree with the President of the Natural Resources Defense Council. I think that global warming is a serious issue that is affecting each one of us all over the world. According to the NRDC website, the main cause of global warming is pollution. Polluted air increase the level of global warming in the world. As a result, global warming is causing climate change and bad weather in many parts of the world. For example, global warming can make storms and hurricanes stronger and worst which may lead to damages and death of many people. Overall, I think that each one of us must reduce pollution as much as he can so that global warming can not be increased. We must take care of our environment by reducing pollution and therefore reducing the level of global warming in the world.
5- I agree with the Arthur and we have to stop killing the environment, and we have to protect our environment. also we should work together to solve these problem. if we did not do anything we will miss the environment that we used to live in it.
6- In my opinion people must work hard together to improve our environment also the governments should give people more lecture about environment. For example, how they protect nature and environment, how to clean it because with out good nature the life will become bad. Humans want to get a good life but need to learn a lot about safe their life. People should encourage each other to get beautiful nature also all countries must have more classes in shcools about environment because young students need to learn about it.
7- The author of this article, Frances Beinecke, expressed the same concerns with involvement in environmental issues. She mentioned how we as a nation must each come together to find solutions and let our opinions be heard. The environmental issues will only be dealt with in the best way possible when every individual gets involved. If everyone doesn’t get involved, we will have a hard time changing the bad environmental ethics that many people have today. The problem with the fight against environmental issues is that not enough people are involved and many don’t seem to care. When we are able to come together not just as a nation but as a race, then we may start to see some real action with taking care of serious environmental issues.
8- While people often argue that the cost of investing in “green” technology and ventures is too expensive, just taking into account the amount of jobs that would be created is a huge benefit. The three ways of promoting goals were also a good idea. I think the advocate one was very important. Like many things that need advocacy (children, elders, abuse victims, etc.), the environment can not do anything to protect itself from the effects of humans. So it is important for people to speak up about environmental issues and what can be done to better and/or eliminate them.
9- The part of the article that stood out to me was when the article discussed us, as consumers, making better more wiser decisions. I think we can get the attention of every senator known, but nothing will work if we don’t start making better decisions in order to preserve our environment around us. Many people can take proper steps in order to maintain the health or water and our environment. But, if not every one is buying in, the problem will never be completely fixed. I think this was a great article, and the intention is spot on. But, if I write my senator, and never drive a car again, am I really making that big of a difference? It might make me feel better about doing my part but as far as reducing this problem I don’t think it will. Nothing will change until EVERYONE finds importance in this issue and decides to change.
2- Beinecke explained struggles that the United States currently experience. Beinecke explained how Americans can create better future for them and for their children. Beinecke mentioned that there are many people in the United States who do not have jobs and she mentioned that Americans can create many jobs to people to people who do not have jobs by renewable energy. She also mentions that they can reduce the reliance on foreign oil by sustainable energy future. She also mentioned that Americans can cut Carbon emissions and create healthy planet. and she mentioned that people have to cooperate to solve these problems because these problems cannot be solved by a single person.I think what she mentioned is true and the solutions she come up with are very logical. All Americans need to do is work tpgether to manage these problems. I also think these problems take too much time to be solved.
11- I agree withe everything in this article. I especially agree that we should try to reduce the amount of oil we use from foreign countries. I think that finding cleaner and more sustainable fuel will help reduce the amount of air pollution and the amount of oil we need for fuel. I think that it is very important that everyone gets involved in trying to make this a cleaner country.
