I am a Chinese citizen

I am a Chinese citizen currently pursuing a major in computer science at Honolulu Community College (HCC). I came to the United States two years ago when I joined HCC on June 2013. My main reason behind my application to UNCW (University of North Carolina Wilmington) is based on the fact that my husband has to move to North Carolina starting this September. My husband is a military officer and we have been together since my enrollment at LCC. Having someone close to your life generates a lot of impacts changing one’s way either in a good way or a bad way. My husband is a prime example in my life and upon his relocation at work; I must have to move too.

From a lot of experiences, I have encountered more than teenagers my age have encountered. A majority within our society use idealistic means to choose where they want to go to college. Such unrealistic means include where academic style being offered can cater for the lifestyle of choice or where their parents studied. Carrier choice towards enrollment in different countries acts a basis of forming enrollment positions unto which are more idealistic reasons encountered my many within the society. My decision to join Honolulu Community College was based on realistic means in the fact that Western education is more welcoming with the realistic means of my ambitions. My ambitions were crystal clear to me with my personal ideas on how joining college was so important to me. I worked my way up to my qualification credentials enabling me to be able to pursue a major in computer science. My interest in advancing in this sector is highly motivated by the fact that we live in the world with a continuous technological advancement. My career of choice in computer science provides the ultimate means in the development of different computer technological soft wares. Despite the fact that my decision to move to the University of North Carolina Wilmington is based on the relocation of my husband, UNCW is more unique and can from a great deal of me achieving my goals.

My main goal to achieve a degree in computer science will be accompanied by sacrifice and hard work to ensure success. The University of North Carolina Wilmington forms an ideal approach to my life enabling me the opportunity to achieve my goals. After the realization that my husband was being relocated, I decide to do research about the university. At first, the idea was not welcoming to me. As I researched more about the university, I became more excited and comfortable with the idea. At the University of North Carolina Wilmington, quality education is provided at with a natural learning schedule towards the achievement of my degree. Studies being offered within the university are more upfront and professional. Education is taking seriously within the university along with the capability of providing self-monitoring towards understanding oneself. Each and every student must hold themselves accountable for their actions within the university towards achieving better grades alongside the well-planned school curriculum.

It is my wishes that I will be given the opportunity to enroll at the University of North Carolina Wilmington to further pursue my ambition in the computer science field. Joining the University of North Carolina Wilmington would be a great deal to me helping me towards achieving my goals and provision of a comfortable environment to study in.
