· Compare two qualitative paradigms—”a framework for observation and understanding what we see and how we understand it” (Bernard & Ryan, 2010; Hennink, Hutter, & Bailey, 2011).
· Discuss the impact of understanding the research, reflexivity, researcher’s voice, and confidentiality in qualitative research conclusions and applications.

· The similarities and differences between the two qualitative paradigms
