In this assignment you will be researching your opposing viewpoint! Utilize the assignment template provided here to help you complete this assignment.
Provide your opinion on one of the following issues, in at least 350 words (or ask your instructor for approval of one of your own):
•Climate change
•Death penalty
Choose one of the topics listed above. State an opinion on the matter. (150 words minimum)
Then, research the opposing viewpoint (by finding two legitimate articles as sources of information). (For example: If you indicated that you are in favor of the death penalty, your two articles will be research articles that support the viewpoint that is against the death penalty.)
Critique your two selected articles according to credibility/reliability standards, as noted in our course materials. (100 words for each article.)
Describe the effect of this research: How has your opinion changed? Did you revise your position about anything related to this issue? Has the research helped you understand certain aspects of the issue better?

As part of the university guidelines written in the student handbook, all written assignments should include APA formatting. That includes:
