Executive Summary

Kasaju & Kasaju Pvt Ltd is very pleased to present Gm. motors with the Business proposal to introduce their four wheeler products in Nepalese Market. Currently we are an established and well known company in Nepal importing goods such as clothing and accessories from China and Bangkok and a two wheeler distributor for a One of the Indian company Hero Honda motorcycle representing the whole country. Our main demographics are teenagers and older generations ageing between 40 to 50 years old.

We understand your organisation is not sourcing distributors in Asia, however, due to our company’s experience and current demographics market share (as mentioned above) and after further market research/analysis we have come to a conclusion that no doubt Holden Cars will be very popular in Nepal. Our finding has shown people are in need of a change in their means of transportation (four wheeler wheeler) and we are required to respond to this request.

As our targeted market will be all age group from teenager to the business people the different range of Holden products from the sports model to SUV would be very appropriate products for the targeted market .Due to various safety issue and increment in per capita income of individual the ratio in the consumption of four wheeler is increasing very rapidly and leaves no doubt that the launch of new product (Four where) will success in the developing country like Nepal.

We have group of young talented marketing and operation staff who understands the market value and the demand of the current market has a very good plans and thoughts in introducing the Holden product in Nepalese market. We are looking to launch this within 4 months, and would like to make an appointment with you to discuss this proposal further in detail as we believe this opportunity should not be missed for either parties. 

Introduction to company

Kasaju & Kasaju Pvt. ltd is the largest fashion retail store with more than 24 outlets and the main distributor of Hero Honda two wheeler representing Nepal. As being in this industry for last 10 years our experience and research reflects it is the high time for a change in automobile industry with consumer taste, demand and needs. In today’s scenario two/four wheelers only gets imported from neighbouring country India and china and this would be a very plus point for both of the company to boost the product as it will the first product imported from outer world of Asia in Automobile Industry.

Methodology

As the process of collecting primary data we will more over focus on age group from 18-25 and 35-45 as they are the targeted market of our product. During the process we will more focus shopping malls like Kathmandu mall and civil mall as this is the location where we’ll be able to approach more people. As we all know ration of getting respond out of 50 people is 1 so our approach would be around 400 people so that we at least collect the minimum data we are looking for. As a source of collecting data we will organize some questioner and some polls on the basis of above question and the best time would be from 4pm to 9pm because this is the peak hour for the flow of people in the malls. On top of that we will also be interviewing 6 different people of different age group and differ profession about their thoughts, need, expatiation and capability.

We will also be referring and be relying to some facts and figure provided by the government office’s from transports company and some polls done by the media cannels like katipur ( Biggest publication and news provider of Nepal) as a source of collecting secondary data.

Limitation

We will encounter many obstacles and problems during this process like:

· People might give the wrong information as time has always been precious

· As I’m in Australia and I am trying to colt data relying on other so I might not get the very appropriate answer I am looking for.

· Limited time as the process a colleting data might take a bit log.

· Financial problem – As I will be interviewing six people through phone and will take a wile for conversation which will result to big expense.

As we just have a very limited time following schedule will be followed through out the process of project from collecting data to the end of final project submission.
