key trait in healthcare

Leadership is a key trait in healthcare especially with the rapid change that is now occurring. You are responsible to develop a 5 page paper of text on healthcare leadership. Think about what each of these leaders has said. Who are some of the persons and styles they talked about? What does the literature say about healthcare leaders? Much is written in this area. 

Please develop your paper looking at what a healthcare leader faces in terms of challenges today and what skills they must have in order to be successful.

The paper requires APA 6th ed application and includes a title page, abstract and reference page.  These are additional pages outside of the actual text.  Do not use wikipedia as a resource. You need at least 5 references. Please use at least three peer reviewed resources  (professional academic journals) in addition to the textbook. Use material that dated 2005 or later.
