Textbooks and Novels Permitted and Encouraged
Instructions: Choose ONE question from EACH of the THREE sections. Write on each question for 20-30 minutes. Thus, you should write for about 60-90 minutes total to complete this exam.
You may use your texts, but I would suggest writing for a minimum of 20 minutes once you have located the passages from the texts you wish to address.
Each essay should answer the question, use specific quotes/examples from your texts, and form an argumentative position from your perspective. Students may have no more than 2 hours to complete the exam.
