two hours to complete

You will have two hours to complete the exam before the computer automatically closes the exam.

The tests consists of short answer and essay questions. Although I want you to be as thorough as possible with your answers, do not waste time writing essay answers with an introduction, thesis statement, conclusion, etc.  Precise and concise is what I want to see!

This exam will cover all of the readings from the units “Life and Its Lessons” and “Culture and Identity.”  (The works are listed below.)  Note especially how each of the literary works fits into the unit and expect to make connections among the works.

Especially study and USE the “lecture” under assignment 14 for this exam.  Be able to apply the terms to the works studied.

Look over the journal and discussion board entries along with my comments.

–>Be sure to have your book handy during the exam as you will be asked to supply some quotes from the works.
